What is TAP?
The St. Thomas the Apostle Theater Arts Program (TAP) is a musical theater program for students in grades 4–8 at STA. Each year, we choose a new production and students rehearse weekly from September through March.

Throughout the season, students learn the ins and outs of musical theater — from acting and singing to dancing and stage presence. Their vocal, acting, and movement skills are put to the test, challenged, and encouraged to grow every step of the way.

But TAP is about more than just performing. It’s about community. Students become part of a tight-knit, supportive family — one that cheers each other on, shares laughs backstage, and creates memories that last long after the final curtain call. For many, it becomes one of the most meaningful parts of their time at STA.
